How long will it take to ship?

It can take 3-5 business days to ship, but normally could take less time. If it is going to take longer, I will be in contact with you.

Are your clothes handmade by you?

No. I do not make my clothing.

Do you make your bows and headbands?

Yes! I hand make all of my bows and headbands. My bows are what started Ellie B. Boutique.

I bought a pre-order item, when will I receive my order?

On all my pre-order items, I specify in the description with you should order it. Go back to the item you purchased and see what date it says. Each item is different.
