What is your return policy?
At Ellie B. Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may ask for a return within 30 days of your purchase date.
EXCEPTIONS: If you have used your Ellie B. Lash Balm you may not return the lash balm.
SALE ITEMS: If your item was on a special sale, all sales are final and no returns will be made.

When will I receive my order?
It all depends on where you are located. It can take up to 5 business days to process your order once it is placed. Then it is transferred to USPS for shipment and delivery.
Delivery details, including your tracking number, will be attached to your confirmation email when your order is fulfilled. Delivery within the United States can take anywhere between 2-7 business days.
I received an email notification saying my order had been delivered, but I have not received it.
We understand the frustration of being told that your order has been delivered when it has not been. Our email delivery system utilizes the same tracking information from USPS that you received. Therefore, we are not able to give you more information about the location of your order than your local post office can provide - please consult the tracking number in your shipping notification email to determine the location of your order.

Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only ship to the United States due to shipping costs.
